When something doesn't add up.
For owners who suspect something is wrong inside their own company email: a confidential, evidence-grade review of your records, run under the direction of you and your attorney.

Reading at a scale a person can't
A year of one busy mailbox is tens of thousands of messages. No one can read it honestly by hand, so most suspicions stay suspicions. Our review reads all of it, every message, every attachment, and looks for the patterns a skimming eye misses:
- 01
A document changed after the fact
Some file formats quietly keep the earlier version inside the file. When they do, we can often recover what a document said before it was edited, and show the two side by side.
- 02
Records that took a trip and came back different
A file sent to a personal account and returning minutes later with different contents leaves a trail. We follow it.
- 03
The same paperwork, reused under another name
Account numbers, serial numbers and figures that reappear across unrelated documents get matched to each other automatically.
- 04
Payment instructions that quietly moved
Banking details that change mid-thread are one of the oldest frauds in email, and one of the most detectable.
Built to hold up, not to accuse
- Chain of custody, from the first minute. Every item examined is cryptographically fingerprinted, and everything exported ships with a sealed manifest, so what we hand your attorney is verifiably what we found.
- A named scope. A review covers named records for a stated reason, agreed with you up front, never a dragnet. We don't run standing surveillance on your staff, and we won't be talked into it.
- We try to break our own findings first. Before anything reaches you, a second pass argues against it. A finding that survives is worth your time; the ones that don't, you never see as accusations.
- A clean result is reported as what it is. When a review turns up nothing, you get that in writing, with the scope stated and the confidence stated. It means we looked hard in the agreed places and found nothing, which is not the same as proof that nothing happened, and we will not let it be written up as though it were. Said honestly, it is still often exactly what an owner needs.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a private conversation with the owner, what you've noticed, what records exist, what question needs answering. The review examines your own company's data, and where legal questions arise we work under the direction of your attorney. The scope and the price are fixed in writing before anything is examined.
What you receive is a plain-English report a non-technical reader can follow, with the technical evidence attached for counsel. We present what the records show; what to do about it is a decision for you and your attorney, and we're careful never to get ahead of that.
Discretion runs both ways: we don't name clients of this service, in marketing or anywhere else.
You don't have to be a managed client. This is a standalone engagement, and it works on a mailbox somebody else administers.
If the question is less about a person and more about the state of the tenant itself, who still holds admin rights, what is still tied to people who left, what the audit record shows, that is the Microsoft 365 cleanup and audit, and it runs openly.
